In accordance with the new presidential decree "On measures to protect the health of population of the Republic of Abkhazia from coronavirus infection Сovid-19", signed on February 9, the Ministry of Culture and local administrations are allowed from February 15, 2021 to "establish the operating hours and other conditions for implementation of activities by subordinate cultural institutions (theaters, museums, libraries, cultural centers, houses of culture, concert and exhibition halls) ”.

The activities of cultural institutions should be carried out in accordance with the procedure established by the RA Ministry of Health and in strict observance of the state sanitary and hygienic norms and rules.
