The text of the congratulation says:

“Dear compatriots!

I congratulate you on the 28th anniversary of the liberation of our capital from the occupation forces of the State Council of Georgia.

On September 27, 1993, at the cost of great sacrifices, taking the lane after the lane from the enemy, 11 days after the beginning of the liberation operation, our troops finally hoisted the state flag over the capital of Abkhazia. The natural consequence of this glorious event was the victorious offensive to liberate the entire territory of the country.

It was on this day that an end was put to the destruction of monuments of our ancient history, the burning of archives and museums, attempts to erase the memory of our people and distort history.

I express my sincere words of gratitude to the veterans of the War of Abkhazia and congratulate all residents of our capital on the day of the liberation of Sukhum. I want to wish you a peaceful sky over your head, happiness and prosperity! "
