Sukhum. August 25, 2020. Apsnypress. 140 people were tested for coronavirus infection over the past day, 15 of them had confirmed COVID-19 diagnosis, according to the operational headquarters.
Currently, there are 17 patients at inpatient treatment in Gudauta Central District Hospital, 15 of them have confirmed diagnosis. Two people in severe condition, two more have an average severity of the disease. There are no children among the patients of the covid hospital.
The total number of detected cases of coronavirus in Abkhazia today is 262 people. Of these, 101 people recovered, 4 died.
The operational headquarters for protection from coronavirus infection calls on the citizens of Abkhazia to follow all necessary precautions to avoid infection.
