"The National Assembly - Parliament decided: 

1. To recommend the RA Cabinet of Ministers to prohibit the import of cryptocurrency mining equipment into the RA territory. 
2. To recommend the RA Cabinet of Ministers to prohibit the implementation of cryptocurrency mining activities on the territory of the RA using the capacities of the Single Operator of Transmission and Distribution Networks until the completion of repair work at the Ingur HPP. 
3. To recommend RUE "Chernomorenergo" to carry out measures to identify electricity consumption by consumers using the capacities of the Unified operator of transmission and distribution networks in order to mine cryptocurrencies and take measures to stop such electricity consumption. 
4. The heads of state (republican and local) enterprises, institutions and organizations should not provide their property (including existing facilities) for carrying out cryptocurrency mining activities. 
5. To recommend the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Abkhazia and the State Security Service of the Republic of Abkhazia to assist RUE "Chernomorenergo" in implementation of paragraph 3 of this Resolution. 
6. To recommend the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Abkhazia to develop a draft law in the field of cryptocurrency mining, establish a conceptual framework and classify this activity as licensed types, and submit it in the prescribed manner, in order to regulate cryptocurrency mining. 
7. This Resolution comes into force from the date of its adoption.
