"The parties signed a document in order to settle relations related to co-financing of a phased increase in material, technical support, monetary allowances, social guarantees for employees of the internal affairs bodies of the Republic of Abkhazia. They were guided by the generally recognized principles and norms of international law, based on the provisions of Article 10 of the“ Agreement on Alliance and Strategic Partnership between the Republic of Abkhazia and the Russian Federation" dated November 24, 2014 " the press service of the RA Ministry of Internal Affairs reported.

This Agreement was signed by Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Abkhazia Dmitry Dbar and the State Secretary, Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation Igor Zubov.
