President Aslan Bzhania, President of the Republic of South Ossetia Anatoly Bibilov, Acting Head of the Republic of North Ossetia-Alania Sergey Menyailo, RA Ambassador to the Republic of South Ossetia Marat Kulakhmetov, ex-presidents of the Republic of South Ossetia Ludvig Chibirov and Leonid Tibilov, the public, relatives of the victims laid flowers at the Monument "Symbol of Sorrow".

13 years ago, civilians trying to save their lives left the burning Tskhinval along the so-called "road of life", but were shot at point-blank by Georgian troops.

Now on this place is the "Museum of Burnt Souls" in the form of burnt cars.
