ANRI BARTSITS: "DEVELOPMENT OF MODERN TECHNOLOGIES OF DEPARTMENTAL ADMINISTRATION IS THE GENERAL LINE OF THE TEAM OF THE MINISTRY OF JUSTICE"

Sukhum. April 19, 2021. Apsnypress. Prime Minister Alexander Ankvab held a working meeting with Minister of Justice Anri Bartsits.

Bartsits spoke about the results of the department's work in 2020, shared work plans for 2021.

In 2020, the Ministry of Justice digitized 23,980 certificates of individual entrepreneurs and 7,000 legal entities.

The work plan for 2021 is based on measures to improve the work of both the central office of the Ministry of Justice and territorial subordinate bodies.

Anri Bartsits also reported on the results of a working visit to the Russian Ministry of Justice and a meeting with Minister of Justice Konstantin Chuichenko.

“There were discussed issues the solution of which is aimed at achieving a qualitatively new level of cooperation between departments. My colleague and I discussed issues of interaction between central offices in development of digital technologies for departmental administration. The development of modern technologies of departmental administration is the general line of the team of the Ministry of Justice of Abkhazia. We very much look forward to exchanging experience, competencies and technologies with our Russian colleagues in this direction, ” said Anri Bartsits at a meeting with Prime Minister.

He explained that there has been outlined a plan for interaction between the Bailiff Service of the RA Ministry of Justice and the Federal Bailiff Service of the Russian Federation, cooperation in the field of forensic activities, activities in the field of notaries and civil registry offices, etc.

Following the meeting, it was decided to create a joint working groups for the prompt and effective solution of the assigned tasks.

At the end of the meeting, Alexander Ankvab instructed the head of the Ministry of Justice to improve the regulatory framework to simplify citizens' handling of documents and the process of their registration in 2021.
