They discussed issues of interaction between Moscow and Abkhazia in various fields of agreements reached at the meeting of the heads of Abkhazia and Russia in Sochi on November 12, 2020. 

In particular, they discussed the possibility of using the experience of the Safe City program, which is being successfully implemented in Moscow. 

This project is an integrated information system that is designed to improve the public transport system. 

They also considered the possibility of studying the educational program "Moscow Education" by Abkhaz specialists for possible adaptation to the conditions of the Abkhaz educational system. 

They discussed the possibility of providing assistance in opening a branch of a multifunctional center in Abkhazia, which would greatly facilitate for the residents of Abkhazia who have Russian citizenship, the opportunity to draw up the necessary documents. 

The parties discussed the possibility of holding the Days of Moscow in Abkhazia in the spring of 2021 and noted their interest in implementing a number of joint promising projects.
